Northern Air Temple Located in the upper reaches of the Earth Kingdom, the Northern Air Temple was settled shortly after the Air Nomad Genocide by a group of Earth Kingdom refugees. The descendents of these refugees aided in rebuilding the temple and still live there now.  |

Eastern Air Temple Southeast of the Earth Kingdom, the Eastern Air Temple suffered the worst damage during the Genocide and is thusly the furthest from rebuilding completion. Only those working on the temple itself stay here for any extended period of time for the most part.  |

Southern Air Temple Located in the Patola Mountain Range, the Southern Air Temple was one of the first to be rebuilt after the end of the war and is now nearly back to original condition. Many of the Air Nomads settled in this temple.  |

Western Air Temple North of the Fire Nation, the Western Air Temple is unique in that it was built underneath the edge of a cliff rather than on top of a mountain, making it appear upside down. The rebuilding of this temple is nearly complete, being the second one addressed after the Southern Temple. A number of Air Nomads live in this temple.  |

Some still prefer the lifestyle they grew up with, so there are still several small villages thriving here and there.  |
